This app worked fine for me. But, It is important to know that you have to pay to use it. If you are transferring data from an Android to an Apple device, or vice-versa BOTH platforms will charge you an $8.00 monthly fee [Google Play Store App & Apple Store]. You can subscribe & enter your payment information, but there's no place to cancel on the app itself. To cancel, you must go into both platforms, & under the apps stores, you will find an apps subscription option, & you can cancel there.

I deleted the app within an hour of ing it because it didn't work and it STILL tried to take money from my Google Play . There were no instructions on how to unsubscribe, so now I can't even put money on my Google Play without it being taken by an app that's not even on my phone. ADDITIONALLY, I can't unsubscribe now. Fix this.

HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD TO STOP THE CHARGES!! TOTAL SCAM!! DONT USE THIS APP!! It was easy to install and setup, but didn't transfer my data and I can't find the cancel option! Don't use this app.

It does what it says it does. If it crashes part way through, just close both apps, re-open them and try again. I did about 1GB at a time and it was fine. About 15% crashed but were fine second time. The problem is with the unsubscribing which is very very difficult. For those who are having the same trouble, go to the Play Store list of installed apps, click on the Google menu, select payments and subscriptions, select subscriptions, find Copy My Data and select Unsubscribe. Hope that helps.

Waste of freaken time BC u can do absolutely NOTHING unless you pay! Which btw isn't how they come across in the description of the app. So the "Contains ads" that the developer put must be an absolute PAIN in the a#$s AND you have to pay even more to get less ads .... I see the price goes up to + R1500 (probably for ZERO ads - u hope)! Mindblowing!

This Data transfer app (copy my data); is many times better than the transfer wizard app, which does waste your time by holding you hostage with more than 30+ minutes of senseless ments. And if you try to stop it, that all those ments will start all over, no good, don't use it!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this app has way too high of a rating for what it is, and I need to warn people to not use it. It doesn't work. In order to find the phone it says you need to have one set to send data, one set to receive. There is nowhere to set that. Impossible to use this. What a waste. Immediately canceled my subscription, I hope they didn't charge me for the "free trial."

Decent app did what all I needed it to.. so I'd recommend it if was asked about a data transfer app for sure only downfall was took a good 20 to 25 minutes to complete but all around a good app highly satisfied with it
