App had stopped working with an android update; i emailed tech ; never got an answer BUT a short few days later main application was fixed! This secondary app is necessary also, and after emailing this had stopped working too, an update appeared. THERE IS NOTHING BETTER FOR THE PRICE. And, YES this application is still being updated Sep 2024. Used with Autel AP200.

Until recently I would've given this app 5 stars, but here lately I've been getting sever errors. I have had a paid subscription for 2 years and never had a problem until now. Haven't been able to for a week now which means I can't use my obd2. Not happy at all. Fix your software Autel!!!!!

Its taken 5 tries to get it to at an hour each time obviously with my service on my device being 5g you should be very ashamed at your selves even after I read other also haveing this issue .. i paid for the scanner and paying per vehicle to get the diagnostic of different makes and models for 21.99 each if you break it down i probly could have saved money a guessed better at this point what my issue is.. very unsatisfied. Trying to diagnose Ford EU, message states "Vehicle SO missing. Try making sure that Diag-USA has the latest update and retry" I come on to Google play store and all my apps are up to date and no new updates are available. This is the new Bluetooth diag tool I bought as I lost my old one and now it is no longer working for my ford

Says vehicle SO file missing everytime I try to load. Just brings me back to the app store saying to the latest version. I have done this. Dosent work. Clearly others are having issues as well. Please fix this

Went from 4 to if I could. 0 so 1 star since they screwed everything up now it just says needs to bind over and over and over and the fact that I have to use a separate app for who the hell knows why is just freaking retarded and a waste of time and patients after 50 attempts well let's just say you jackasses really owe me a new adapter for real needless to say I'll never use this garbage again thanks for killing my fav car app next y'all should do the SamE to yourselves

I would have no problem giving this app a 4 ★ or maybe even a 5 ★ rating but the new update refuses to install on my device. I see that I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. my device is a Galaxy Note 8 running Android 7.1.1 Nougat. I'm not sure if that is the problem or not but if you could please get back to me on this issue I would be willing to my 2 ★ rating for a 5 ★ rating.
