Can select the score but cannot save it for match prediction, have tried everyday for a week. When attempting to select a pub, does not show any pubs outside London. Tried to search for it but the icon spins and nothing happened. ** update review ** App developer responded same day and solved the issues within the same day, quick and efficient.👍🏼

Having a similar issue to some other s, I ed the app for the close of the Six Nations and for the autumn internationals but it doesn't show up anywhere. If I click on the predictor screen it just shows the last round of the Six nations, I can't even do the Guinness time quiz. Bit disappointed really even after the update. Edit- Developers response solved the issue, thanks guys

Hi it worked last year but not working anymore, I run it for our rugby page, but this year I can't get into it, every time I click pint predictor, it brings me to the T&C's when I click yes it just says an error has occurred check connection, doesn't matter how many times I click it, same thing, even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. No luck still won't let me on

Farce of an app! First try redeeming the free drink (Guinness 0) offered, show the app to a very bemused bar staff. They advise they haven't stocked Zero for months and have NO idea what/who Fanzo are. We did end up sharing a laugh at their expense for flubbing the only service they claim to offer so badly, the bar manager endeavoring to get them removed next. Get in the bin if you can't manage your (supposed) partner pubs properly.

Hi, 2 problems in MatchPint app. (1) I wanted 2 change my ed Email as no longer in use but, the app won't allow me to change it. Surely, I don't have set every thing up from scratch just to use a different email address? That, to me, would be utterly rediculous! (2) I was trying to MatchPint or the apps devs via the US section, but I get this error msg. - "In order to send a message via AJAX, reCAPTCHA must be disabled in this form's settings page." So, I cannot send msg.

Completed the registration etc as required for the Carlton Draught $10K competition. Once I filled everything in, it would not let me send. Subsequently, I filled it all in again, and again, then it told me the code had already been used. I am not able to , nor have I received an email. I will be ing CUB about this sub-standard service.

It's telling me I have not claimed my free pint of Gunness but will not create a voucher I am tried in a couple or bars and the same thing 🤔

Played the sport quiz and won a prize of free Guinness. Hit create voucher and get told I had already claimed. Utter garbage. How does this kind of poorly written software survive ? And I had the same problem today. Not fixed at all. Shockingly poor. Update 31-MAR-2023. Several more free pints failed to work. Today’s quiz, due to run from 11am, first countdown had it starting at 12:30 but then at 12:30 the countdown shows it starting at 13:30. What a mess. This is why pubs are dropping it
