Deceptive company. After spending 100s of dollars on this app, they suddenly and without warning changed what you hacmve acces to. For yrs. I have been sending my family postcards and holiday cards. I would put $100 or more on the at once w/ the understanding that. I have always had access to any template; last week that suddenly changed and now you have to pay a monthly fee to have full access- there was no warning of this when I loaded $ on the - this is fraud.

I subscribed to MyPostcard at the end of August, and it functioned for only a few days. Nearly two months later, their customer service has yet to restore the missing menu items. I attempted to obtain a refund through the Google Play Store but was unsuccessful. To protect yourself, always use a credit card for purchases with this company, as it provides recourse if you encounter issues that the company refuses to address. Company response remains fraudulent and incompetent.

Great idea. Makes sending cards fun and easy. The App frequently provides deals making it a cheap way to stay in touch with friends and family. The apps usability could use some polishing up. Some actions aren't as smooth or friendly as I wish they were. The app overall is pretty cool. I hope that as I continue using this app it will only get better. If your having a hard time deciding on it, use my FriendsCode RIDGEM9UJ and get $3 when you sign up. Enough to send your 1st card free :)

This was easy to use. It was, however, pretty slow delivery. The postcard I ordered had blemishes when it arrived. I ed MyPostcard and they sent a new one. The new one did not have the blemishes,but the colors (black and white) were streaked. I didn't bother to again. I just gave up and uninstalled the app.

I feel at this point it's a scam. I bought $35 worth of credit because it d an additional $20 for free. I have family across the country that I love sending photo post cards with updates and this seemed like a great way to do that. It charged my but my credit has not shown up yet. Getting a hold of customer is near impossible. I requested customer but they sent a generic email saying someone would get back to me in 24 hours. At this point I just want a refund.

This app is absolutely the best! So simple to use, that anyone could understand how it works! I ed this app not sure if my friend would ever see the picture I had sent them. Yet a few days later they got the postcard as promised! It's super easy to setup your postcard and use pictures that you got off Facebook, Instagram, email, Google photos, and even off of your Google drive. This is an app that I would advise to anyone! Their prices are great and shipping is fast and reliable.

I can only speak of the post card portion of this app. This app was very easy and straightforward to use. The only part that caused some thinking was what picture(s) I wanted to use. Other than that you just type what you want written, pop in an address and boom, in a short week your postcard arrives. A couple weeks later I did it again with the same result. Try it out, it's pretty cool

Got a free postcard from Google guides and thought it was cool. interface was easy. but unfortunately my postcard got delivered with some random dude's picture on it and not the ones I picked. Can't give a good rating when it doesn't come out as it's supposed to. Unfortunately this was a bad first impression. I will update later if I try the app again, but I don't know if that will happen.
