I love it! You can control the direction of the camera while in live feed. It also automatically follows the person when motion is detected. Videos and pictures are very clear especially with the automatic lights. The audio sound is loud and clear. One of my favorite security cameras and I would definitely recommend this security camera over others that I've had.

Sometimes things are amazing but unfortunately things continue to decrease overall. Each time there is an app update things get worse. The quad view doesn't load or work often and Wi-Fi loading for views continues to be slower each update not related to an individuals Internet speed. Please fix issues with load times and quad view. Otherwise all is great.

As of 11.1.24 still won't fix ussue! Update: lowered star because they still won't fix this issue of playing the first video of day and ONLY that video! Its not bad cameras but the app could be better. There are times, more than not, when I try to play the most recent recording and the app refuses to play most recent. It will continually play the first video of day no matter how many times I back out and retry. Sometimes that 1st video is at 1 am and I'm trying to view afternoon video.

My WiFi is strong and fast. Yet, sometimes there is a very slow to response between the app and the device. By the time there is an alert the visitor has left. There are also times when the chime prevents me from answering through the intercom. The best thing is there is no need for a subscription.

Very impressed with both the camera and app. I have the Zum-F5 battery camera, which can go well over a month & half before it hits 20% and time for a charge. Have had it last much longer, just depends on amount of motion detections and recording time you set in the app. Love the strong magnetic base too, which allows for easy mounting in some situations. Just pop an SD card in, and your good to go, no subscription needed.

The app works great however my app does not always connect to the live feed which is a huge problem. Also the talking through the camera is delayed at times and you can't hear anything from someone talking to the camera which also sucks. And lastly the app does freeze and stop responding. It can use a bit of improvements but works ... improvement all my complaints and it'll be 5* all day long

Great camera, I've had my camera for almost 2years, and it works just fine. I can see a wide area range, very clear. It's easy to use, Easy to clean from outside weather debis etc. it has many features and if you have a SD memory card you don't need to pay for features/ service. I'd recommend. I gave 4 stars because the camera needs more hanging options. Great work!

Not very clear instructions. I don't always get access to edit settings. I have to wait until the edit icon decides to appear in the upper right hand corner. And the only way to get it, is to be watching an historical video. I want the camera to run 24 hours. Instead it makes me choose a time plan for motion notifications. Why can't there be a 24 hour setting? 😫 Not having access to more than Basic Settings whenever I want to tweak the Time Plan is so frustrating!!
