There doesn't appear to be any option to toggle how far away you want to receive job offers for. Driving 20 miles one way for a slight above minimum wage gig for a 4 hour shift isn't appealing at all. The app could use some refinement, for example allowing s to customize how far they are willing to travel, allowing s to block offers from specific companies, and choose what level of compensation they would be willing to work for.

Have a friend that manages a Skechers and wanted some experienced help (I have 20+ years in retail including footwear) I ed reflex and put in my profile. I was accepted, then my friend posted the need in reflex as I had the app open. It never showed so my friend thought must be something wrong. Posted the need again, same result. The day came and 2 young inexperienced individuals came in that my friend said were worthless. The app is a waste for the employer & qualified candidates.

I tried to get ride of my on this pathetic site but now they won't even let me sign in. Next my profile picture was not good enough and needed a do over ( nice excuse) lastly zero to no customer service to those who they deem stupid and freaky. Avoid this app all together and save yourself the stress of trying to find a customer service number. Never again. I am done

I worked one flex on Saturday last weekend & today is Wednesday. I HAVEN'T had another flex since SATURDAY BROOOO!! Now, as for the flex pay, it took 3 days, which was irritating. Flex does communicate quickly via text, but I haven't seen any other flex since that day! It's literally dry. All day! I don't like that. At all! I'm really over this, and it doesn't make sense that they're NOT posting. Helloooo? I signed up for this for a reason to get money & I'm about to uninstall this app smh

Overall, yes this is a good gig app in of flexibility and pay. But all of that cancels out when they allow stores to verbally tell workers that the work they did was good and well, thanks so much, but then turns around and gives the worker a bad rating, and store ban 6 days after a shift. All of that stays on your profile so other employers can see that. When I personally went to the store to understand what happened, I was suspended by Reflex after and told basically to lay down shut up.

I really want to like this company. I worked one flex for them, and it went ok. I folded for 5 hours straight with no break. After that flex, I received no more flex offers on the app. Meanwhile a friend of mine is getting constantly notified of reflex jobs. They pay really fast so I wish it was working out. I will say they respond to texts and try to help with questions. So it's super unfortunate and disappointing to just not be offered any more gigs. Especially since I gave my best on the job.
