I don't like writing reviews like this. This app (had) been flawless since I started using it nearly ten years ago. I am IT literate. I only use Samsung Galaxy phones. My Google linked to this app has never changed. That said, I "lost" HALF of the 200 notes saved/synched over years. (They are stored in an export file folder on my phone). Had I not done THAT, all of my stuff would be gone. I don't want AI, period. I want this broken app to work again without having to add my notes back.

UPDATE: I am so HAPPY😊, They finally added a "JUMP TO SEARCH RESULTS". Thank you so much!👌👏This is one of the best notetaking app hands down, I absolutely love it! - It syncs between devices phone or tablet - great search function, makes finding stuff simple - it saved my notes across every phone I've switched - you can sort notes into folders - the yellow color is comfortable for my eyesight, friendly, great from developers. There is room for improvement, but I am grateful!

I have been using this app for about 4 years and until a few months I was always happy with it. It looks like it started functioning randomly, because when saving a note and opening it again everything i have written just vanished or in a different order. Furthermore, sometimes notes just will duplicate randomly and when deleting one, both will disappear. Time to look for another notepad app!

this app used to be good now it's really really bad. I can't make spaces between paragraphs or rose is adds a number that I'm not trying to add. and then it will skip straight to the bottom of the page if I try to make a space between sentences or paragraphs. it's very glitcby and they added some super unnecessary stuff.

I have really liked the features of this app. Most updates have been great. Lately though it has doubled everything i have saved and if I try to delete one it deletes both. So now I have to go in and copy everything down and slowly delete everything, so I can retype it back in. Super frustrating to say the least

I like that this is easy to use. Never had any problems with this. Back up through email is easy. Edit: The March 30 update made me unable to access the app even after restarting the phone and uninstalling the app. I was finally able to retrieve my notes, but with the synced data only up to March 29 (I didn't even notice that it does not back up automatically every day).

After the update on 4/14/25 the app absolutely does not work! It opens for a split second then closes. Then a message appears on my screen saying that Inkpad will not open because it has a bug and to try updating the app after the developer provides a fix for the bug. Seems simple enough. Yet after I have sent many emails to , they don't seem to be too concerned. And I am paid subscriber. I will take my business elsewhere unless they fix it very soon. I will update my review if they fix.

I could've sworn I've rated before but this app has been my cross device notepad storage for like 7 Years. I have a lot of thoughts, some that need tags and organization. This helps me put my Scattered brain to use, helpful AF if you're a creative, self-employed or a general mess...or in my case all of the above 😂. this app will source a chaotic brain into some semblance of sanity
