Smartwatches need a trouble free App to be useful. FitCloudPro is reliable and friendly, doing a decent job. Additionally, it provides mapping features, well, it took me a while to find out. Homescreen top left: Tap the 'running man' symbol, a selection screen appears with these options: Walking, Running, Hiking. Walking and Running use the GPS of the smartphone and create a map. I use Running for Cycling :)

My experience has been mixed. I am growing to enjoy the watch. I have an Oukitell BT80, but the app has an issue. The temperature on the face is not accurate. The weather app is correct, so I don't understand where it is getting the data from. I have given all the permissions necessary, but several times a day I have to resync the weather report on the app. Why isn't it auto-syncing throughout every day? This really hurts the experience. This needs to be fixed in an update.

Ok so far. Received my watch yesterday. There's a few things I'd like to change about it, but the biggest issue is the weather is not accurate to my location and I cannot work out how to fix it. Location is turned on. Weather widget on phone is accurate to my location. Weather is turned on in APP. But temperature and forecast is incorrect and does not match my phone. I even ed several other weather apps to see if that was the issue. I still does not match.

It's an alright app. What really annoys me is that they have sports modes preset in the watch. And you can only add one more by selecting it in the app and load it to the watch (ok so far). When I want to have another mode it deletes the one I ed but keeps sport modes I never use! This is annoying and not costumer friendly at all. I have 5 sports modes I want and I can't have them on the watch.. I have to take my phone to the gym at all times

Surge Smartwatch received 7 December for birthday. Set up on the day all fine. Played around for couple days with Dials library trying to find one that works for me. Guide says select the Dial.position you wish to update; it only allows the same dial.position to be updated. Other three seem to be permanent. Day 3, Dials library won't any new watch faces. Later same day and the dial library is empty. Multiple delete, restart phone, reinstall and still empty library.

Find my phone is useless because even though my phone is only 3 metres away it always says my watch isn't connected to it. The menstrual cycle section is also bizarre and I can't find any correlation between what it's saying and the current standard medically accepted menstrual cycle phases, what the hell is 'security period' phase??? Please fix! Edit: the sleep function is useless, if I wake up to pee then it doesn't detect that I've returned to bed and sleep. I've removed a star!

Always shows connected to watch when in range, updates times when I change time zones every time, stopped showing texts after phone updated but was intermittent before at best, refuses to step data (and more) unless I specifically open the app. If I wait more than 24 hours, data is LOST. Needs built in way to see which permissions are not available to tell if that is issue. Options available at watch face keep disappearing with every update.

It will not load watch faces inside the app. Its stuck on the load screen with the circle arrow. I've tried deleting app I've tried restarting app and watch nothing the watch faces still won't load inside app so I'm stuck with only 5 different watch faces to choose from very disappointing, and the watch itself will freeze on one screen for 30 mins even more sometimes then it goes black then finally I can swipe through settings on watch. I wish I could get a replacement because it is progressally
