This platform is a joke. Please don't waste your time trying. Took me over 1 year to get a booking on here. The first booking, I had to pay out of pocket to wash the linen. I was told I would be reimbursed for the $15 I spent but only got $10. Was also told that they would extend the time which is supposed to be more pay but didn't get that either. I thought maybe that was just a weird experience, I decided to give them another try. I had my 2nd booking on January 13 and still haven't been paid

This app is either a scam or just ineffective. No job offers ever come though and the customer agents always respond with the exact same response to the inquiries. They do respond quickly but never with anything helpful and always say the exact same thing they never read what you say when you inquire for help. It's been over 2 month and literally nothing comes from the app but I will get emails from cleanster saying there are active job offers in my area. Don't recommend the app.

had this app for 6 months paid for my background check and have yet only seen one job that was sent to me in a text. 1 job out of 6 months is pretty crazy for a 25 dollar background check you have to pay for plus your own gas and cleaning supplies seems pretty scammy if u ask me!

I was ed by a woman named Margie at 7:30 in the evening, she was in a bind, needed someone in my area for the next day. My background wasn't cleared yet so I sent her a background check id had done previously. I accepted the job which was suppose to be 5 hrs. It took 8 hrs to complete was 35 miles away not to mention I had a home I cleaned in the morning before I went. They still haven't paid me. In fact they ignored my calls, won't rey to messages, so I used my gas, my cleaning supplies

Upon starting, after I've completed the checklist of, adding a bank,n ing email. It won't allow me to do the last task adding a profile pic. it stays on the loading page until I shut down the app. Un it Re- it. Check for any updates. But when I attempt to add a photo again it told me that I need to fix my permissions. But all the permissions were allowed. Everything was toggled to have permission for everything needed. But it still won't let me add a picture. Ugh pls hlp

First it had me to activate my . Once my was activated It says that the app isn't available in my area. So, I went through the whole background check & registration process and even had to for activation just for it not to be available. Like that would've been nice to know beforehand. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because responded quickly. I ed this app to make money because I'm between jobs; definitely a disappointment!
