Ticket prices aren't necessarily better than other sites. The insurance for cancelation is a joke. I bought 1 ticket last month, and I was charged the same price for this month (I haven't bought another ticket). Don't waste your time. Edit: also, they won't fix issues for when you go to the email to retrieve tickets and it gives an error message. They actually completely ignored that issue. Scam

Worthless! Ever since I ed this app, my phone has not been working correctly. I couldn't find anything near me(what a joke!) there were 5 concerts happening that particular weekend!I This app lags, and then it gives an error code for an event I know for a fact had available tickets on two other sites. Don't waste your time! Just go through a trusted ticket site.

Not impressed at all! I purchased tickets a month ago, they say i will get the tickets by 9/21 which is a day before the game. The help center is useless and very hard to . My money transferred instantly to them after checking out. Probably will not use them again. I am going out of the country and wanted to surprise my friend for his birthday when I get back, but this just adds stress waiting for the seller to transfer the tickets. Not happy at all!

There's no hidden fees because they include them in the total price, and it comes out almost $6 more per ticket than purchasing on LiveNation. This is a scam. My review will not change. The price of their "commission" still equates higher than that of the total cost of tickets on other sites and apps that have fees. False advertising is what lead me to this app.

Love this app so much!! I've been using TickPick for roughly a year and have never gone back! I've never had any issues with tickets I've purchased and I love having the ability to track prices for specific shows and share tickets with my friends through the app. I can trust that the price is see is the price I pay and the ease with which I can buy it is definitely a plus (other ticketing apps interfaces are so janky).

My experience is terrible. I sent this link to a friend to purchase tickets. He bought tickets and assigned them to me. I clicked on the link I received via email and kept getting an error message. I'm trying to reach out to , but there's no option to reach anyone. The process of getting tickets is crazy. I'd rather pay the fees to get the process done smoothly than to have to deal with the slow process. Do better!

I just started using it, bought my first tickets and it was easy, also great prices and deals. The price they show is the price you pay, unlike other apps that add on fees and hidden charges. I hope that never changes, I like to know what I'm paying up front not what it could be before fees and extra charges.

this app accidentally charged my card and is absolutely useless. their agreement is dishonest and puts the buyer in a compromised position if there are any issues with the order/tickets. avoid this app and website at all costs. there are better tickets apps. potentially saving a few dollars doesn't mean anything if you're getting ripped off from the start. after arguing with I'm doing a chargeback & getting my money back since tickpick won't it their error and refund me.
