Unitron states the app is not working for some people. Such as those with a moto g play 2023. They said to delete the app and check in the future. Just a tip for the developers. Keep a older version online also, and don't require automatic updates. That's what caused the app to fail for some. Very simple to have 2 choices old and new. That way people like me don't have to go without the much needed app.

App is good for its basic function but has a number of poor aspects. -- The Help function relies completely on videos in spite of the fact that text would be more effective. The videos are so small that you can barely see them on the phone. -- You are essentially locked out of the app when charging. I understand not being able to access functions that rely on being connected to the hearing aids, but here's no reason why you shouldn't be able to use most of the other functions of the app.

This app was a big help to me for awhile, but now I can no longer use it. It takes forever for it to connect to my hearing aids if it connects at all. Other times it connects to my right hearing aid, but not my left. And, if you're lucky enough both hearing aids will connect. But they don't stay connected. Now It constantly interferes with me making phone calls or me getting phone calls. I can't have that. So, if someone fixes the app I will try to come back and use it again.

I have my Moxi jump R hearing aids paired, now Bluetooth streaming no longer works on my Samsung S21 phone. Pairing is inconsistent if at all. The hearing aids do not connect for phone calls. Update, I found out this only works if you only start the right hearing aid. You can then pair and Bluetooth works. You can then open the left hearing aid but it won't show connectivity on the app or your phone. Please either repair the app or change the video. I am pleased with the hearing aids.

It works but the range of adjustments lacks granular detail. Also some of my settings do not hold after recharging. There are supposed to be four main programs including one that allows me to listen to music or podcasts through the hearing aids but they do not exist. I only have automatic and noise programs. Manual suggests repairing to correct this but that doesn't work either.

The app was taking a long time to connect to the hearing aids until about a week ago when it stopped connecting at all. When it was able to connect, the app would disconnect any time it was not the active app - even if it was still running in the background. My phone is able to connect to the hearing aids via Bluetooth without a problem. I can stream music and make phone calls, but the app won't connect.

The app said it had bugs and will not work now. There is no one to for help. Seriously, people fix your app!! I have had this app for almost 2 years and have not had any trouble up until this month. It will not connect to my hearing aides and half the time with the Bluetooth as well. In the past, I would give 4 or 5 stars. Once these issues are resolved, I may do so. I can not recommend this app when others with or getting hearing aides ask me about it at this time.

I've had this app for my hearing aids for about six months now. Every single day, and multiple times during the day if I attempt to change the program, the app won't sync with both aids. This is beyond frustrating to the point where it isn't worth it. Why would I spend so much on high end hearing aids but the control app is a piece of garbage?
