Great game, but I've been playing for almost a decade and the same issues persist. Game won't load, crashes when opening chests, crashes when collecting event prizes. Sometimes the game doesn't even want to load. It just stays on the initial loading screen. I stopped spending money a couple years ago because of it. Event started yesterday, and I haven't been able to even get past the loading screen. Edit. avoid the game. 2 months later and the loading screen is still loading. Unplayable.

Was a really great game haven't been able to play for Weeks as the game fails to load. Maybe if they fix that I will come back and change this rating. Still can't play and at this point I am seriously thinking about removing it completely. It has been over a month and sporadic communication at best. I wish I could rate this Zero stars. Over 2 months now. No updates, closed my help ticket with no solution.

Ever since I upgraded to a new phone, the game won't even start. Always crashes now, and can't even to attempt to load. Which sucks because I've spent a lot time and money in that . Update 11/20/2024 ever since this upgrade on Android has rolled out, you can't play because it crashes. You'll get kicked off your team for being inactive because you can't . Pocket keeps claiming they're "diligently" working to resolve the problem, but it's been 2 months. Don't Waste Time On This Game

Have been playing this game for years. Great game , really addicting. About a month ago, after latest Android security update, game stopped loading on my Pixel 6. Just stuck on loading screen regardless of the number of times I've wiped it and reinstalled. Publicly, Pocket Gems is claiming the bug is fixed. It's not. Very strange and sad that a company is taking this long to fix a catastrophic bug like this.

If you have an android phone,don't bother to this game! It won't load &you won't be able to play the game!!! I hate leaving negative but I feel I must. I have played this game for the better part of 7 years and have absolutely loved the game. Played every day multiple times a day. However there was a recent update that has made the game unplayable for android s. It seems that the company can't or won't fix the issue. Leaving android s in the dark. VERY UPSET PLEASE FIX!

I have been playing WD for years and in early September they released an update. I haven't been able to play since and my entire season is wasted. I pay for an elite like most WD players do and basically paid for a blank screen. No skin off their back, but after 8 years, I won't be returning because no amount of compensation could cover what I missed out on this season.

have heen playing for nearly a decade. already had some issues with losing s, this is my 3rd . now the game wont load on a pretty new android phone. very frustrating, especially because i paid for a yearly elite and now cant access it which also means no refund for the money. i hope pocket gems fixes this soon as i do love the game.

Still like the ability to use dragons . Can't believe Android has a major issue with this game, unfortunately. I've played it since winter of 2014 to October 16th, 2024. When I tried to log on the next day, all I saw was a little circle pic of the girl n dragon looking off in the distance. I've asked for help, For now, if you have Android,you may not get to play one of the coolest games I've played for a while. I do hope I get to play again. Dropped stars for this.
