I purchased the subscription and went to use it and it kept coming up with an error message saying the app quit working. I just subscribed yesterday and it gave me the error many times after the purchase. I requested a refund within 20 minutes of my purchase and was denied the refund. I can't even use it. Stay far away from this app unless you want to waste $28!

I've been using the app fully for about 2 weeks to help study for the NCLEX. Of all the different apps to help with the NCLEX, I found this one to be the most affordable for the full version and also the easiest to study with. It keeps my attention and I learn so much better with reading the rationales. Update: changed to 5 stars, ed the nclex on the first attempt!

DO NOT ! There is nothing FREE about this! You can use/see about 1/3 of all of the possible content. Seriously, if you open the Main Contents page, you will see lock, open, lock, lock, open, lock, etc. What is the point? I mean, some people are quite willing to PURCHASE an app. So, IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE MONEY, then SAY SO! But don't LIE to people! I was actually interested in purchasing an app that would help me with the NCLEX-PN exam. This is NOT the one I will buy. It's trickery.

Not sure why this app won't work anymore. Everytime I try to open it I get an error message stating "this app can't open because it has a bug. Try opening it when the developer creates a fix for this problem." I've paid to have the full access, app and now can't use it. Please fix.

When I was able to access the full version of the app it was definitely a great tool to study from. Now I'm unable to access and I paid for the yearly subscription and it's only allowing me to access the free version. I still have until February 2024. Is there a customer service number that I can call?

I'm rating it a 4 because I haven't purchased the full online version yet. I did a few sample questions and I'm hooked.. I have the book but that book is so heavy and clunky so I'm thinking about purchasing the online version and studying for 2 months. I'm a repeat test taker this will be my third attempt. Uworld and Kaplan didn't work for me. I guess I need CONTENT in my life..Praying that this will be the miracle that I need to walk into 2021 a LPN.

I should probably say that you should get the app instead of the book because the app contains about 4,000 more practice questions and the whole book in the app. I wish someone had told me before I purchased both. But now I have both. (: & I believe the app is also something you can keep forever.

I personally love the app. Only thing I dislike is the math portion. I type in the correct answer, yet it's marked wrong for whatever reason. Other than that, it's an amazing test prep app.
