Very usefull especially when you are nor organized or take lot of meds. If it will be possible to have a mood feature different from actual one, and be able to choose and on the same window where meds are, also be able to add bad effects of the medicine to be able to analyze better treatment ands effect on moods, also having a statistics feature will be amazing. Also if it was possible to select multiple meds at same time not one by one for the non planned ones. Ai wil be also amazing 😁.

I've been using this app for years. It has been invaluable reminding me to take my meds and reminders of refills. It's easy to use, has great visuals, and I can personalize the reminder sound. I would have given a higher rating except that with recent changes, the free portion of the app no longer accommodates the number of meds I take. Therefore, sadly, I will be uninstalling the app.

I'm very impressed by the apps ease of use. Easy to track *multiple* medications, set up multiple reminders. It even provides information on each of the medications. I was however very disappointed to discover after reinstalling the app you can only add two medications. Where previously I was able to have all my meds. Now they put it up behind a paywall if you want more than two. Rather than a one-time fee it's a subscription model. As good as the app is I can't justify the subscription.

I have to take a bunch of meds & I'm terrible at ing to take them. This is the only app which fulfilled my requirements. I like the interface too, especially the different shapes & colours we can assign to the meds. The ability to snooze the reminders is a boon for me because I don't really have a fixed time for my meds, it changes from day to day depending on when I wake up. I sometimes don't get the reminders but ig that's my phone's problem. Thank you & keep up the good work! 🩵

From November 15 onwards, there will be changes so that there is a limited free version and a plan. The limited free version can only manage 2 medications, but most of us have multiple. The monthly subscription is $7.99/month (local currency) or $63.99/year. It is understandable that there are upkeep costs, but the pricing is pretty steep. Very unfortunate since this was a very good app.

It is a good app, but the new pricing policy is ridiculous. To go from free to £35.99 per year is just silly. I did suggesting that a mid tier, one person only, unlimited meds access would be a sensible option in addition to the full access, but my comments fell on dead ears with a standard fob off email. For those looking for a replacement, check out the MyTherapy app. It works just as well as Medisafe and is free.

The app was good while free. It is a shame there is only one teir subscription. I only need the medication tracker (more than the free two), not all the other bells and whistles. One of the many features. I can't justify the subscription cost on a low income. Sad you pushed me out but is motivation to build a spreadsheet to use with alarms instead of the app. Will use the free two tracker until I move over to sheets to track it. Cya.

Absolute scum. The so called "free" app has decided to go the route of enshitification. Removing all the features that have been FREE for years. Instead deciding to lock them behind a MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN. So, any of us that have been relying on this app, are completely screwed over and limited to tracking just two different medications. Which shows how brain-dead those behind this decision are. No-one would bother using an app to track only two different medications.
