App is great. However, something has happened, and now I can not hear the messages from the app over Bluetooth. Have turned everything up and am still barely a whisper. Furthermore, with all the intrusive ads, this app has become absolutely impossible to navigate with.

This used to be great. Today however, I needed directions, quickly, to a funeral home. Nope, I was told I have to watch an ad first. Sorry, I won't use Mapquest anymore if I have to watch an ad every time I need directions. I prefer paper maps anyway, but Mapquest used to be good for pinpoint directions. Get rid of the video ads, or let me pay to get rid of all ads, a one time payment, not a subscription and I'll be back. Until then, good riddance.

WHAT ON EARTH!! A 30 SECOND AD TO VIEW A ROUTE!!! I can't even find a way to pay my way around it. I'm fuming! I have been 100% loyal to MapQuest for the better part of a decade. There was no warning! learned this little gem in a BAD area of town with little signal, im totally turned around & in panic mode. Video wouldn't play w/o buffering and it would start over. NEVER GOT MY ROUTE. Spent 10 min driving to get Google map to load. I am pissed. SMH.

This use to be my go to for directions, now it is so sketchy and unreliable as others have stated, now forces you to watch ads before use which I don't have time for as I'm a healthcare hospice provider and need to get from patient to patient with ease, also doesn't tell you if your location is on the right or left side, switches directions while driving then location disappears? yeah bye mapquest!

Now, not only do I have to deal with the app always shutting down and having to re-enter all my destinations. I have to decline to watch a video EVERY TIME you want to do something on the app. Only reason for 2 stars is it does allow you to put a decent about of destinations in at a time.

Great navigation app. With lots of easy to choose route options to choose from. I just wish they had a better option for monetizing their app. I know they need to pay for the app somehow. but maybe showing ads a different or less intrusive way is a better option.

So much better and easier to find directions than Google maps. Only thing I'd like to see soon or down the road would be to maps offline for offline navigation other than that keep up the great work MapQuest... Oh and most recent update injects video ads before. Getting routes. Really???? 🥺

When going from highway to highway, it didn't tell you what direction you need to go,,North, South, East, West. When arriving at an address, it doesn't tell you if it's on the left or right. And, as soon as you arrive, the route and point disappear and it doesn't show you the address you are trying to find. You have to exit nav, go back into the history, and find the address you entered. Now they share your location with 3rd party advertising services. No thanks. Bye MapQuest!!!
