Ended up not getting Little Ceasers because this app is so difficult. It lets you select a location, edit a pizza, see the whole menu, but if you want to see the final price you have to first. There's a guest option which asks for way too much info, you don't need my phone number just to order a pizz. I don't want to make an unless I'm actually going to order, and me ordering depends on the final price and making sure the coupons applied correctly. Waste of my time.

why is there a service fee, a delivery fee and I have to tip the driver because they don't get any of these extra fees. it added 10+ dollars to my order. I live on a fixed income and am home with 3 sick kids otherwise I would drive to get it myself. so frustrating this place and country has become so money hungry. Customer service and making sure your employees are taken care of are just a thing of the past. plus it wouldn't take card untill I ed the app and ordered through it

Promo codes are broken and don't work. Displays 'cart must contain X' and doesn't work even though the order meets the criteria, regardless of which location is used. Have been broken for months now. Update: promo codes have been working more reliably lately, have had a lot fewer issues, increasing review from 1 star to 4 stars.

App is okay, but the delivery service is absolute trash! 5 months ago my order was missing items and yesterday it arrived 20 minutes late and was no longer warm/hot. Since they contract with 3rd party (Door Dash) it is very difficult to receive if there is an issue with your order as there is no option in the app. Additionally, when you click on the form, it takes you to a page that is no longer receiving responses.

The ease of ordering a pizza is average! I love the fact that it lets me kinda visualize my pizza, but getting there is a little tough. On top of that, it told me I could get exclusive deals by subscribing to the newsletter, but I found that they were the same deals that were already available regardless of subscription. And at that, they're not really deals worth ing this app for. I am still greatful FOR the deals existing at all. Any discount is generous, but these are not great ones.

it's far better to go to your local little Caesars if you can if you want to save some money but if you can't and you can afford the upcharge and delivery fee it's convenient. I personally like the pick up option. it cost same as buying in person and you don't have to wait in line. you walk in put in your code. the door with your order opens and you're on your way.

It's an easy app to use very straight forward nothing confusing about it. It's wonderful and rare to have a free delivery promo. That's fantastic! I haven't had a little Caesars order in a couple of years. I might just start using them regularly with that easy menu to pick from and they allow you to use your GPay. Your not getting flustered filling in all card information. I'm an extremely happy customer!

I ed for the first time because i really like Little Caesars Pizza but after coupon codes and too many hoops to jump through, my order disappeared from the cart and i had to start all over again. Same thing happened a second time so after 20 minutes without success, I ordered dominos instead. Sorry little Caesars but it's a fail and you need to keep working on ease and simplicity of ordering. With Domino's, i had my order placed in less than five minutes, ready in ten minutes for pickup.
