Very unfriendly. No guide on how play and strategize. Never guide on what is the best team combination. No guide on how to play using the tickets to get the claims. Some level just can't be defeated even when diamonds are used to revive life several times. Never played a game that make one frustrated and even angry as you play. Too many characters and required many many many coins/gold and badges to upgrade or level up. The auto placement of teams on the board is always very scattered and enemy too powerful with very high combat powers which make it impossible to beat. A game you don't want to waste time and money on.

Starts off an enjoyable game. Now really just something to waste time. 1st world's levels are beatable but haven't ed a campaign level in 2nd world in over a yr cuz they just don't make strengthening characters easy

I have played this game on and off for 6 years. I'm theory, it's a great game. I'm execution, it's maddening. Too much RNG in every aspect, down to making battles difficult where skill would make things work. Still only guess so far in this game, though. Pay to win is still to much of a thing, and a lot of end have is out of reach for free to play. Refresh in battles gives no idea where colors will land, making it more of a wasted move, which cripples the game.

Played this game when it first came out, and I loved it. ed it a few days ago and there is so much new stuff, I love the look and feel of the game and it is very fun. In my opinion its a very unique game and I haven't played something similar to it.

I love that there are no compulsory ads. However you can choose to watch an advert for a reward. Would like to be able to choose to watch more ads rather than only one every 2 hrs. Love the game, very fun and plays well :)

The game keeps crashing. It also starts lagging. It crashes in the middle of battles so I end up losing my stamina, play es, gems, etc. It makes me drop in ratings and makes it so I can barely participate in Guild Clashes. It's frustrating. I don't even want to play anymore.

Been playing for a long time. Final alfablot quest is ridiculous and impossible. Done with this game.

Don't bother. It is actually kind of fun for a little while, but the development team is constantly looking for ways to screw you over. For instance, you could be at the 30th stage of a game mode and then they'll send you back to stage 1 after an update. Or you won't be able to upgrade your creatures. Other players can have a creature of lecel 12 but yours is stuck at level 9 and it is impossible for you to upgrade past level 9. And i mean impossible. Not just very hard.
