Enjoying this app so far. I've only done pilates (Christina's my favourite!). I enjoy the variety in workout lengths and that they're recorded workouts rather than gifs of specific moves, like in some other apps. Could be improved by: - more structured programs. At the moment there don't seem to be many (at least not for pilates), and I like not always having to decide which workout to do - add full screen mode option for the workout videos - option to turn music default to off.

I ed to try the strength program and it wasn't worth it, the sets/reps and exercise choices seemed pretty random. There was no consistency week to week which made it difficult to progressively overload or track progress. I also did the 5-10km running program and enjoyed it, although I would have liked more guidance on how to pair it with the strength program effectively. The other Pilates/yoga classes were enjoyable, and the recipes were great. Overall probably more aimed at beginners.

So many tech issues. The casting is really only apple friendly. It also buffers alot when working out using their program. The music is very loud over the instructor. Pretty disappointing

I love the workouts, but the app is clunky. If you don't open it daily, it will sign you out. There will be times all the videos work seamlessly and others where, regardless of whether you're on WIFI or 5G, be constantly buffering. And it's the app because all other apps are working fine. The changes to the search function in the last update seem to have made it less accurate. It might also be helpful if you can pre some workouts so that you van avoid the buffering issues in the gym.

So many tech issues with the app! I love the workouts and recipes, but the app crashes constantly, logs me out, daily workouts won't load at all, and can't connect to Spotify. I can use the web browser version just fine but it has way less workouts available. I ed the KIC help desk about this over 6 months ago and they told me they are aware the Android version has a lot of glitches but they were working on fixing it.. if anything its worse now!! I wouldn't recommend this app.

Love everything about the app. I use it daily for recipes, workouts, stretching. Love what KIC stands for love the value for money! App is easy to navigate. Definitely recommend 💫💖

clunky at best, previous versions won't allow you to select "no meal" when you don't need a meal in the planner. currently still doing thing it right now. latest update just did a spinning face thing when I went into the app. have had to uninstall and reinstall so I can now get into the app but still I can't remove meals that I don't want. could be great but the app is junk.

This app is fantastic! I have tried so many different programs and this one is the best. Ignore any reviews from 2020 and 21, so many improvements have occurred since then. The recipes are really good! The kids will even eat them. Lots of different workout styles to choose from so you will definitely find something you love. Kikas workouts and the new programs are awesome. Just try it. You will like it.
