It's good that video walk throughs, written instructions and form cues are available. But the app is not friendly. When doing the daily exercises, you can't access the written instructions and form cues. After completing a daily routine, theres no record/ history of exercises performed, and the app says you have not performed the exercises for the day. Would not dare to invest in the paid version when basic functionality is so buggy.

I'm a long time subscriber to Hampton's youtube and ed this app back when it was announced... back when ads were only during the resting screen. Now NOTHING in this app can be done without watching a 10 second ad. I get it, apps are expensive to make and maintain, and if I had money I'd pay... but Hampton's website is still free, so that's the route I'll be taking from now on. Thank you for all the good you've put into the world, but this app needs an overhaul to be one of them.

I tried reaching your technical team, but no answer there... So I'm here! Here's a few glitches I saw there:- 1) The Day streak is inconsistent...it just keeps increasing. (Even though it's only been 7 days since I started consistently doing the workouts... it's showing 13 now.) 2) The Interface on the home screen is messed up. (It told me to rest yesterday...after I finished my 7th workout, so today's supposed to be my rest session...but, there's a new workout for today! + More.

I feel like this App is missing both a "I don't have a place to to do this exercise right now" button, aswell as a "This exercise is too easy let me skip to a harder one" button. The first one, because with things like horizontal Pull ups I don't have any place where I can do them, but there's no option to skip or replace the exercise. And the second one, because while it makes sense starting from the lowest level, its annoying doing 50 reps of an exercise that is simply too easy.

I've been doing the workout for quite a while and was excited to see an ad to track the workouts and progressions, but unfortunately the loud, fullscreen ads ruin the experience. I'll return to manually tracking my workouts for now. Let's hope the development team takes seriously and changes the ad strategy to something less intrusive.

The exercises are fantastic. Most start out easy to build correct form. But quickly ramp up in difficulty until after about a week every day is, well a workout. I can feel myself able to move esier throughout my day. However that's only when the app works. I don't have the newest phone, but I shouldn't need one. I can usually log the first exercise but half way through the second it often crashes. If I can't log it then it gives me the same exercise twice and that doesn't let the muscles rest.

Great exercise program but a poor app. This app simply doesn't work all that well. I don't know what is going on "under the hood" but it often takes a very long time for things to load, both content and ads. Even clicking on the "I'm done" button after exercising has become problematic and the app has started repeating the previous days' exercises. I will buy something else of Hampton's rather than pay for a buggy app.

Overall needs to be further developed. Still no progress tracking over time, and the app has slow loading times. I have an issue where if I exit the app on the middle of the workout (during the rest period for example) the app just crashes when I come back and I can't log my workout for the day. I also would have like to be able to manually type the # of reps without having the clear out default first. I appreciate the videos and form cues, and think the app conveys exercise instructions well.
