I love this app. I really appreciate the quit slowly feature - it allowed me to taper down over multiple days and made quit day much easier. The health info and money saved is fun! I also appreciate the continuously encouraging tone, even when there is a relapse. Such a helpful tool! I paid for to the dev, but the free app is fully functional as well.

Beautiful app keeps a lot of different data and motivating features. I actually got the pro version 4 yrs ago and am resetting it and starting over again 😢... But it's a very good record keeper..

Great simple app to quit smoking. Free version has ads like any other free app. But the paid version, $7.49 is worth getting to quit a bad habit. I like it because it doesnt require any of my information. Simple to use. The only drawback is you can only enter that you use one pack+ a day versus the option of using for example 7 cigarettes a day. I put in a decimal to get it close to the percentage of cigarettes Ive been smoking from a pack per day. Other than that, I would have gone with 5 stars

I love this app so much that I bought the pro version. It is making quitting smoking so much easier. I highly recommend it. I love the diary function and the motivation reminders. There are lots of achievements that keep you going. I have used other apps before but this one is different. It helps me get through cravings and tracks what triggers them. It has a slow quit function for those who want to quit gradually. Lots of helpful hints. Definitely Recommend. 226 days smoke free! You can do it!

I have found this app very very helpful at keeping me grounded through the quitting process. It's nice to have a "beat the craving" option, the reminders are really helpful and seeing the money add up is wonderful. The app wont make you quit, nothing can do that. But if you are committed to quitting, this app will definitely help!

Very good. I just wish the 'Slow Quit' function would have a widget, or a permanent feature in the notification bar to input cigarettes smoked. It's a hassle to open the app up every single time I have a cig. Please make it easier! Thanks to the developer for the hard work 🙏🏼

Update: Four Years! Best app ever! 👌 Update: After 8.5 months, I'm still going strong, because this app is there for me every step of the way. Worth paying the small price of the paid version. Previous review: Yesterday is five weeks, cold turkey. Couldn't have done it without the from this app. Best investment I've ever made. Thank you! PS: the application developer responded very quickly to my request for more information about a feature. Most appreciated.
