    I really love the app. It’s awesome. Strongly recommended. My wife uses application and she really enjoys the recommended workouts. Mostly I use the app to plan my own routine. So there are some notes to mention: 1) I can not reorder saved workouts as it does not work 90% of the time. That is very irritating. And reordering an exercise within a workout is difficult. Long press to reorder AND long press to show video. I couldn't understand what action I am supposed to do, so it’s ‘keep trying till it works’ kind of thing. 2) while the exercise library is pretty sizeable, I would like to see more exercises like the kettlebell halo or some sandbag exercises. Yeah, yeah, never convinced. 3), Also, I would like to add the option to add custom exercises to the library instead of number 2. Give me an exercise guide and let me attach all the one off variations that I want. We use the app couple of times a week. It’s awesome to share a workout. It is very comfortable for us to warm-up together and track the workout on our own devices. Really good job. Waiting for news coming next.

    The exercises are all very simple and require little setup. If you don't know the correct form, there are short explanation videos. I can do each of them, even when I'm having an off-day, but it's also fun to challenge myself and do more repetitions or add weights when I'm feeling strong. You can also blast music behind the instructions for motivation.

    It appears on the previous reps x sets page for each exercise (though you may have to search a little to find it) and any notes you've written previously. The interface is highly attractive and simple to use. It displays which muscles are being worked on in a workout you've completed or are currently completing, as well as which muscles should be painful.

    I don't want to give a bad rating because it's a very good app. But I've been trying to purchase this app and couldn't few months back, talk to the person about he, she, can't was awesome gave me I think 6 free days and then purchase. And I do appreciate it very much. But now I'm ready again to purchase it at 38.99 can't do it again just buffers. Closed out the app and started over price jumped up to 59.99, wow, ok...... thats a huge jump from previous, still not sure if I can buy it

    pros about this app: has many different exercises has many routines to try cons: (may be a bug) when I build my own exercise routine it deletes the exercises I added. if I want to finish a workout but I fail to do all of the exercises provided, it counts as if I complete the entire workout. overall it's a fairly decent app that doesnt limit the amount of features without paying.

    This app has been such a life changer for me. I was always nervous to lift at the gym as I wasn't too sure what to do, and didn't want to look dumb. The workout plans and videos demonstrating the moves helped me so much. The only thing I wish could be added is the ability to add exercises to the premade workout plans. Also the ability to add workouts while in mid session.

    It's the best workout app for me so far! This app is very much effective and very good. I started it in this week and the results were shocking. I did the leg and abs workout and my leg which was before a lul leg became a little bit strong leg. My personal tip: always check with instructions, make sure you know the techniques and keep focus on good movements and breath.

    I am really smitten with this app. I want to hire another trainer, but I realized I was really interested in the workout app. This was a life-changing discovery! You may tailor your workouts to your exact specifications. You can use whatever equipment you have on hand, switch out the exercises it provides you which is really useful.
