App use to be great now that they added this elite plan they cater to those who pay the extra bucks and they get the game first when they game lock it if you don't game lock the game you won't get it never had a problem getting new releases until they added this elite subscription i had a que avaliable for dynasty warriors when it first released they didn't shipped it now it says very low stock i out astro bot in que which is very low stock as well they ships that next day smh

If I've had the game for over 3 months, I've already paid the amount the game is worth. But you still have to pay to "keep it". If I've had it that long it should just automatically be upgraded to keep.

First, for those considering Gamefly, let me say that the service, is great. I love it. As for this app, not so much. I hate to think that my beloved Gamefly has abandoned me. I would rather believe it to be my phone than the app, but it looks like I am not alone. Very slow while scrolling, it freezes up, then I have to shut it down and go back into it to continue. I can still get the job done, but it's a chore. Selecting video games to play at home should be a fun and enjoyable experience.

This app is pretty much unusable. It freezes and crashes during every single use. When it actually does load up, it will only work for about 15 seconds, then back to freezing and crashing. App is really bad, so I use the website, which really isn't much better, but I can at least get through the order process. Can't say the same when using the app. It'd be nice if they fix the app, but I'll be deleting for now since its useless for my needs.

So far I've had an for 15 days and haven't played a single game. I've had the same game shipped out 3 times, the first time it was unplayable, the second time it never showed up (and there aren't tracking numbers), and today they shipped yet another copy. Hopefully it gets here this time and actually works. I understand that certain things may be out of their control but it's still disappointing. Update: I finally got the game and just like the first game it is unplayable. Like the first time, it had a little bump near the outer edge of the disc, I'm assuming that's why neither of them worked. Maybe it's a shipping problem? Regardless, I will be cancelling service

Need faster shipping and more copies of anticipated games. I can go down to the local red box and 9 out of 10 time they have what I want. and I dont have to wait 7-10 days to get it. The only saving grace is Gamefly is slightly cheaper. IF you actually get the game you want in a timely manner. Otherwise you are just paying monthly to be on a waiting list. lowering to one star, because now it has almost been a whole month and no game in my Q has been shipped. What is going on!?

Service is great, app sucks. I had gamefly 20 years ago as a child and loved it. I had gamefly for a while in 2017ish and it was great. I don't recall having any issues with the app. The app now(2023) is glitchy and has a hard time loading pages. Most people would call this app broken. And it is. It makes no sense why after 10+ years of app development your app barely functions. Why do your pages load on dial up speeds? Pages don't load. Pages don't load. Pages.... don't load. Fix your app, pls.
