Arrow Crosswords is a turn-based game where two players complete the crossword puzzle together and compete for the highest score. It’s a new take on crossword puzzles too - Scandinavian style! - with clues inside the squares and some clues are pictures.

· Each player receives 5 letters at the start of each turn - then you have 60 seconds to place those tiles.
· You get points for placing letters correctly, completing words, playing all 5 letters, and fun bonus points tiles.
· Think carefully about playing certain letters though - as maybe it’s better to save that crucial letter for later!

I like it so far. Not many ads, yet lol does not interrupt game play for an ad. You get to roll, like yatzy but with letters. Not too hard. Can spin a wheel to win stuff to help along the way. it's not boring like some of these styles can be. I didn't give this reply on the first time they asked. I played for a while, and the next time they asked for a review, I'm giving it now. I will and do edit as I go to update my OPINION lol I am grateful for the FREE version, therefore, Y complain?! ✌️☯️💕

This game forces you to pay money. The ability to advance from one level to another is very difficult . The no videos $4.99 option is a joke. You will still have videos. The other options they give you in order to advance faster will cost you over $ 10.00 for rewards. Plat another game. To reach the actual sections or levels 22 pays $ 30. you would need to invest double that amount in order to reach that level.

One to two ads per turn, more ads between rounds. That would even be ok, except half the time, the ads don't load and it's a black screen til I finally have to just restart the game. More concerning is that my phone gets very hot when I play this game. My phone is only a few months old and is a new model Galaxy with a large amount of storage and memory. I play lots of mobile games, but this is the only one that gets my phone so hot that it's hard to hold. Actual gameplay, though, is fun.

I'll rate this a 4 because of 2 reasons. There are definitely way too many ads. Ads after every turn, ads at the end of game, ads even when you switch games. If they are forced, atleast give us coins. Make it worth our while atleast. The next thing I'd change is if you win, you should be awarded EXP, not just when you reach goals. The higher the level you are, it seems you'll be stuck on that level for eternity because of how long it'll take to complete the goals. Otherwise, great game!

I like the classic part of this game. Two opponents working to solve a crossword puzzle. I don't like the bloat. Developer(s) keeps throwing any word related gameplay into the game. Worse, game pop ups for excess features have no opt out, only play button. Wrangling. Not fun. Unless you pay $3.99 to be rid of forced ads for a week, you have to watch ads after every turn. The game broke, top part of puzzle on the bottom and could not accept letter tiles. Can't chat, forced to see ad. I'm out.

This game is really fun, no question about that. HOWEVER, it drains my phone's battery and makes it really hot in a way that literally no other app does. My phone is not old at all and has absolutely no issues with any other apps. I looked in my phone's battery settings, and sure enough, it's eating away more at the charge than apps that I use for hours. It's just infeasible to use this app for any amount of time based on that.

It's a fine game and all, even with the ads. My issue is that games by this specific publisher make my phone run hotter than more graphically demanding games. I do not understand why a word game uses more gpu than, say, minecraft or stardew valley. Even hitman sniper runs cooler than this. It makes it so I can't play for very long before I have to let my phone cool down. Y'all gotta fix that. It's crazy.

It would be a negative 5 if possible. If you get this game, hope you enjoy ads. You will get forced ads while making moves in every singe game. There is also the "optional" ads the game is filled to the brim with. The clues to hint at what the word is, are usually terrible. If you want to do much of anything, better have an empty credit card ready to go. Save time and sanity and don't .
