Tons of pop-up ments about movies now playing or concessions deals that get in the way of actually trying to pick a movie. Works well enough to buy tickets or show your digital rewards card, but does need to be closed and reopened often. Checkout doesn't let you simply save a default payment. Checkout also now has unsolicited ads like a hotel getaway package? Flooded with fathom events that aren't part of Regal unlimited, which aren't kept isolated in the limited events tab.

App has been 5* until the past month or so. Anytime I press the theater icon at the bottom to see what movies are playing at a specific theater, the app crashes and closes. Uninstalled, reinstalled several times over the last few weeks with no change. Last reinstall was today and it's still crashing every time. Can't use the app anymore if it doesn't even work 😞

The app is great when it works, but 80% of the time, it just doesn't. It won't load showtimes or let me buy a ticket, and I've tried updating the app, clearing the cache, even uninstalling and reinstalling, but this issue just keeps happening. It makes it really hard to use the Regal Unlimited subscription they keep raising prices on.

had the app for months. It's been working fine up until recently. previously as an unlimited member I had no trouble booking multiple movies for different days throughout the month...now it seems I can't book unless I've seen the most recent show I booked. also when making payments the screen gets stuck. I can click the option to "add a debit card" (although I'm on an autopay) but no interface to enter any information comes up. if I click "add a gift card" that works :/

most of the time it works just fine! But with the recent update, it no longer tells you where the screen is when choosing the seat. I see an orange line that may be it or the box at the bottom with an expand option that could be mistaken for the screen. Please add where the screen is located once more to ensure we pick our seats where we want them. It would also be super helpful to have the concessions food items updated once the location is set.

Updated review (1 to 4 stars). App was nonfunctional for Android 15 and I had to resort to the Regal mobile website. Fortunately, Regal has fixed whatever bug has plagued the app and I can confirm that I'm indeed back in business. I've yet to determine full functionality (trailers are still wonky, I see), but for what I need it for (hip), it's working to my personal satisfaction. Thanks much!

It could be better. I'm a newly regal unlimited member and I've found the app is pretty much unusable in my local regal theater because my mobile service isnt the best and my threater doesn't have a wifi service to help me out. I have to screenshot my tickets before I leave my house, so I don't have to have to deal with the app as much. Being able to our tickets and be so helpful in the long run.

Great rewards on the worst app you can ! I would say that 90% of the time you sign into the app, there is a problem or some kind of glitch. You get an "Unavailable" error when you click on a movie trailer. I have NEVER been able to see a trailer on the app. It often freezes, forcing you to get in a concession stand line to that you have tickets. The reward program is great! But the app it's on is definitely the worst app I use!
