Whether you are looking for a short 2 hour trip, a daily office or school trip, a road-trip for the weekend or a planned outstation holiday; Drivers4Me has the perfect professional driver for your private car. Here's how it works:
- Pick a type of trip - In City (One way/Round Trip), Outstation Round trip, Mini-Outstation Round Trip
- Decide on your pickup and destination location.
- Select your vehicle type
- Schedule the date, time and duration for the trip.
- Pick a payment mode (You can pay by Cash at the end, or by using D4M Credits, an online prepaid wallet-like payment system which can be recharged using cards, internet banking, UPI, Paytm, and more!).
- An estimate of the trip will be shown to you, with a complete breakdown of the fare.
- Confirm your booking. You can view the status of your booking on the app.
- Your trip is matched with a Driver near you. An SMS notification and an in-app notification is provided. You can also view the details of your driver (name, photo, licence, etc.) from the App itself.
- Your driver will arrive at the designated time and location and your trip will begin.
- Throughout the trip, you can go anywhere (within city bounds for in city trips) and make any number of stops.
- You can view the current fare, elapsed time on the app, along with the driver's live location throughout the trip.
- Throughout the trip you get notifications for trip confirmation, starting, stop and fare display.

The app offers a poor UI experience, especially with phone number input. As a in Thailand, it repeatedly insisted on a 10-digit number but rejected valid local numbers starting with zero. This shows a lack of research into country codes and formats. Fixing this issue is essential for better global usability.

This app used to be really good, but lately the drivers have been unprofessional and the customer service is not available when required most. My most recent experience was when a driver was allocated and when the time came his phone was switched off and he never showed up. Nor did I receive any communication from the app team. Service of this app has gone down the drain.

Earlier I booked through this app but nowadays the app is not opening at all. It is showing bug fixing required by the developer. Even uninstalled and then reinstalled the app consecutive 4 times, still not opening in my redmi note phone. Tried in another redmi note phone, the result is same there. Since last two months no respond from the developet after ing the customer care thrice on phone call.

very bad service... no punctuality, no commitment... you will receive a call from their customer care number if you give a good rating but if your is not good they don't even bother to call or know the issue or show any gesture to resolve that. within city service is still okay but mini outstation experience is horrible!!

We booked driver from this app. We had a flight to catch at evening. The driver said he will come but cancelled at last moment. The problem is they allocate drivers from long distance and so they dont want to come down and then drive and then again go back. They should map drivers location and allocate in such way. Management issue, service is not good. Thus uninstalled the app.

1. Unable to the customer care, the phone goes on ringing & no one receives it. 2. Unable to drop a message over chat, it throws the message, 'Error Code 107'. 3. Gets assigned to chauffeur who are less than 5*, & unable to change it, due to unavailability of stuff. 4.Due to a faulty system, I am unable to book the chauffeur of my choice, & all recklessly driving chauffeurs are getting assigned. 5.If I don't rate a driver they are auto rated 5*.so misleading!

It's becoming worse day by day. Booked a driver for my pregnant wife's doctor's appointment almost 8 hours before scheduled time. The driver was assigned. 10 mins before the booking time called the driver and was informed he won't come. On telling him that in the app cancellation is not reflecting he replied he can't help it. ed but it was equally useless.
