I have done complete registration and have a QR code, after the application update, the QR cannot be used. Pertamina officers asked to reset the QR, but it turned out that there was no QR for my vehicle in the application. Car re-registration is still waiting for verification. After that I could not to my mypertamina ID. Please launch the application when it is ready. Harming to consumers. Making queues at gas stations, wasting time waiting to fill up because the QR was rejected.

Very dissapointing, too many procedures and verification. And since this is online its gonna be stuck/lag on payment since we all know how bad online traffic in this country. I had too many times cancelled debit payment, forcing me to pay with cash. And this app will not gonna make any difference in that matter

It's very hard to set PIN klaim, the apps guide me to set the PIN on the website. But when I'm on the website, there is no feature to set for PIN Klaim.. So, what's the point to continue setup PIN on The Web?? Why can't set the PIN on the apps.. It's so frustating. I've send email to get help on this issue, but they reply me with steps that don't exist in the apps. I wish Pertamina can be more considerate and thoughtful before launching this apps as a mandatory.

As a deceloper, I could say that this apps is sucks. I tried to , it success and redirect me to go to the screen, but when i tried to with the phone and pin that i ed, it says incorrect.... WTH, can't you hired a better developer?

Stupid apps. It takes forever to get verified. Also have a problems with OTP. Once u open the apps, they send an OTP on email, when u check your email, the apps auto closed. When u open the apps again, they send another OTP. Repeat until the end of the world. 👎👎👎
