Honestly I don't ever pay that much for any app and after year if having it I have only been able watch it a few times as the app always crashes it don't play. I'd ask for refund if possible as you can see on my history I have tried using app and didn't get to use it bc errors always happened. I'd only pay for this again if I was guaranteed I could watch it often. The programs seemed super cool to watch but I couldn't....

ing is painfully slow if it works at all. I've tried several wifi connections and 5G cell service, and ing a single episode takes hours, but most of the time, the s just fail. What's up? There's nothing else to tell. I've been trying to a 52 min show for the past 3 hours, and it never gets more than 25% ed. This is AFTER I updated the app. I don't see any reason to renew my subscription.

I love all the content on CS, but I have a few things that are frustrating when I use the Roku app on my TV. One issue is that the closed caption button doesn't work to turn on subtitles. Another thing that would make the app better is to have a "keep watching" feature that would let s find their recently viewed content and resume where they left off.

Update, this app 100% sucks when playing on my tv. Debating if I'm going to keep it or not. They asked me to reach out to them, but why? Not like they will fix anything. Look at all the previous complaints... Sketchy app. Every couple of minutes the app freezes and the audio and video were off by quite a bit. Not sure it's worth the $5 a month I'm paying

Good app, but when I want to come back later and watch a program again, it is a struggle to do so. The option of 'resume program' appears but having finished the program once, the minute counter is at the end of the film. I have to hurry to hold the time indicator & slide it back to the beginning of the program before a new show is automatically selected. It happens in a matter of seconds. Perhaps, like the Britbox app, you could have a prompt for resume program or start at the beginning.

I adore Curiosity Stream. The diversity of documentaries is wonderful! I really like the way certain documentaries are grouped into collections by content. The price is easily the best priced streaming service out there. All that to say, the app is not the most friendly. It crashes constantly and the video can be really rough. Its not uncommon for a scene to freeze in the background and have the show continue in a smaller "screen" over the freeze. Also, the captioning content is abysmal.

I have always been more about knowledge than entertainment. I would much rather sit and binge watch documentaries, rather than spend my time watching mindless movies and tv. From the very first documentary I watched, I knew I had made a wise choice. ing, and subsequently purchasing the yearly hip was one of the best app decisions I have ever made. The nominal yearly fee is well worth it, in regards to quality, selection and informative viewing. Best app in my lifetime!

App sucks, when you finally get a video to load it freezes and locks the screen, can't back out, can't stop the video, have to force stop the app if you can get into settings, if not you have to shut down your phone, now 3 dollars isn't a lot of money but waste is waste, and that seems all I'm with this subscription is wasting my money. And looking through the comments seems all you doing to fix the problem is by apologizing.
