Absolutely no benefit over using the website in the browser. It doesn't even have the benefit of easier than using the website; in fact quite the opposite. When I try to it says I'm unauthorized, and I have to click Create , then Cancel, and then it takes me to a different page where I can successfully. But if I hit the back button after visiting one part of the app, it logs me out again. Not worth ing.

Went south real fast. Created , then it suddenly closed out. Now it says I'm unauthorized to . But, I can using the credentials I created on my laptop. I need the app since it has my card on it(still haven't gotten one in the mail) & I haven't had my meds for a month because now pharmacy says there's an insurance issue. Now I'm regretting switching to this company.

The app used to work fine, now it does not show any information. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it does not help. I don't know if there is something wrong with the code, but I hope it is fixed soon. Until then, I am uninstalling and just using the website.

Logged in and none of the options are there to see my info. More than half of the app is blank or doesn't work. Tried Uninstalling and problem still persists.
