Clothes were ok to decent, but the fit varied sometimes and a few of the fabrics were really itchy. A lining would have been great. Shipping was kind of slow. That would have been 3 stars. But 1 star only for how often the app spams... 5-6 times a day. Did not find a way to adjust how often you get spammed.

Their sizing is true to size, some times even a little generous! Their prices are reasonable, often run sales or promotions. Some times shipping times can be on the longer side so plan ahead. Also read the fabric contents for each and descriptions for softness or stretch first. I did get some cute dresses and shirts but 100% polyester (so no give in the shoulders when I move) but that was my mistake for not checking.

Easy access to product descriptions and reviews. Pages reload properly after choosing and item to view closely! Great pictures from all angles, all items are on a model, which helps tremendously to see how clothing drapes and flow!!! Please buy! I've never had a disappointing purchase with this company because they do their due diligence with product description!!!

I originally reviewed this and said you couldn't favorite anything and they told me to update the app to implement the "Favorite" feature. The heart is still there but I can't tap it. It does nothing, just like before. I have to add it to my cart and then use the "Move to Wishlist" feature. Going down to 1-star just because you still can't use it after multiple updates (I'm on a Galaxy S23, btw).

the filters are so bad, I can't filter more than one color option at a time (for example I wanted to filter by red, white and blue for the 4th but I could only choose 1 option, not all 3), LOTS of dresses with pockets don't show up when you filter by pockets, and I can't filter tops by materials, 2 stars because I like the clothes

Not all clothes I purchased fit correct. Having extremely long sleeves shoulder stitching abnormal. Bigger doesn't mean all other body parts have extended too I've made tailor adjustments. The material is cheap if not cotton. It took 3 months to receive my order . I wanted to return things but afraid to because of lengthy shipping time and some of articles low quality made. I felt like I wouldn't get response or refund. Also communication was lame while 3 months of waiting for shipment.

Can't get ed the first "page" I have ed and uninstalled this app at least 3 times. Every time I it I can NEVER get past the first "page". I hit Skip, I hit Done and absolutely nothing happens. It freezes and then I can't do anything and have to exit out of the app. I would really like to be able to look at items and mark as favorites. This absolutely frustrating and disappointing.

Okay, first, I'm a women but using my husband's . 😅 While I love BloomChic clothes, the apps notifications are extremely annoying. Not because there are too many, but because when I click on one, it NEVER takes me to what the notification was talking about. A notification said something about a voucher for $30 for my birthday, but when I pressed on it, there was nothing. It'll say specific items are on sale, but not take you to the page of that item. It's very frustrating.
