Honestly one of the worst apps to stream including bet+ a lot of problems when streaming/casting shows. One example: I was watching house of Paynes new episode just for it to cut off in the middle of the show and claim the video is unavailable. Tried closing and recasting and it still does it. These two bet apps have been causing me trouble for years take notes from Netflix they never have streaming/casting problems

They only get 2 stars because the shows are excellent.But 15.Commercials just to watch two minutes of the show is ridiculous. I just watched 8 minutes of commercial and still haven't made it past the intro.

The app never works. I've un-installed multiple times and nothing. The video is always not available. All I want to do is catch up on my favorite shows and can't.

This app can be frustrating. I can watch one episode and when its time to watch the next one, it will either say that I need to again or that the video is unavailable. When I click sign in from the video page, all it does is reroute me back to the main page. When I check my status, it shows that I am signed in. The only way I have been able to watch the next episode is if I uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times just for the issue to happen all over again.

THIS APP SUCKS!! It freezes. It disconnects from my service provider. It has way to many errors and something is always wrong! I thought it was just my tablet but I started using this app a few days ago on my tablet and fire stick and they both have the same issue. Too many issues for my liking. I usually don't rate apps but this is a little frustrating. Them when I read some of the reviews... this has been ongoing for at least two years... C'mon BET get it together!

this is app works, doesnt crash but plays way too many commercials. there is a commerical every 4 minutes and the commercials last 6 minutes. there should also be an option for multiple s to store profiles. and also an option to play the most recent conent. there should be definitely less commercials especially when you have to sign in with a provider I can understand if it were non-sign in content.

BET doesn't have the best shows, and after over a decade you finally have something ppl want to watch (The encore) and now you can't cast to your TV. Im pretty sure BET doesn't care abt it's base. We dealt with the commercials now we can't even use the app! I thought I could go back to ing BET, EVEN WITH its very diverse commercial selections. And you still fail! Uuuggghhhh

This is one of the worst apps I've ever dealt with. Not only does it keep skipping quite often but it keeps on kicking me out of the app and when I try to log back on it won't let me. Now it won't even let me back on it at all. Deleting app and restarting phone then reinstalling app doesn't work either. Thats what Viacom keeps telling me to do. Now they are telling me to do the same thing with a compatible device which I do have. This app has way too many glitches. This app needs to be fixed!
