Update of 22/2/21 has fixed the issue of constant crashing on startup or when starting video playback on phone (previously only Chromecast used to work) in the rare event it didn't crash on startup. However, another issue still remains: 1. Select a program. 2. Go back. 3. Select the same program again. 4. Now all the episodes are missing. 5. But if this program has multiple seasons, you can easily restore the episode list by switching seasons and back.

Moved to Singapore from Malaysia. App stops working, says I'm abroad. I want to sign up for the app in Singapore but couldn't reset it so it'd ask me to . Very frustrating. When it works it's great. But when it doesn't...

The app does have decent content, but it needs soo much improvement in navigation style and updating on shows that have been completed.

Great fan of BBC let down by app. App now hangs on splash screen....... In the time it works, it can no longer cast to a new Philips android TV from a relatively new s23 ultra phone (although it did for initial 7 days) Expecting some terse response to this post and it's deletion ..... 😂🤣

I am an Unifi customer & device is connected is to the unifi network but yet I cannot use the app despite paying for the service! The error message is we could not identify you, please ensure device connected to unifi network". It is.... I have reset my router, deleted & reinstalled the app & restarted my device all to no avail. BBC player tell me to speak to Unifi & Unifi tell me to speak to BBC Player.......complete shambles!!!! Now to try and get a subscription refund please.....

Very much disappointed with this app. It used to work before and i enjoy watching my favourite BBB Earth program a lot. But now, i can't search or play the selected program as i always get a pop-up window say "Sorry something went wrong. Please try again." i already uninstall and install but nothing really works

Not stable. Keeps shutting down in middle of the show and revert to menu page. Tried on both Xiaomi and Samsung tablets. Same problem. Reinstalling did not help. Also could not any episode. Keeps getting error message. Good shows on BBC but the app experience is a real letdown.

I'm a Unifi subscriber and love all BBC shows. Unfortunately when I'm watching it suddenly closes my window. I have to keep researching my show and reload it. It's frustrating. It also doesn't save my favourite list/ my watching so I need to search and restart every time. Pretty frustrating. Please fix it.
