I tried to reclaim a veterinary visit because my dog had a problem and they did not reimburse the visit because of a waiting period that was not specified or communicated to me. They even delivered the card and told me I can use it ( it does not work ). So you pay for 1 year by 1 month of it you can't use it. Also if you want to talk to anyone they only have an AI and if you want them to call you the first slot available is 10 days later. Will cancel it asap.

I have had this insurance for 2 years and I'm very satisfied! it's pretty easy to use the app and to open claims. The refunds are every fast as well, I've never waited more than 2 days to get a refund. Keep it up please!!!

Glitchy app, like a black box- you the same docs over and over again as they don't seem to load for the evaluation team. Help via email is dilettantic and unprofessional, lazy and without agency- a reflection of the company's non-existent care for their customers and clients.
