This platform was good such in the past. I have been using it for 2-3 years. Recently, i received a wrong product with cost of inr 800. Just to return it, I have to do 5 interactions with their customers care team which surprisingly has only chat option which is extremely slow. I have to start fresh in each interaction which caused delays and frustration. Overall, I did not like the fact that for a wrong product delivery, customer is at the receiving end. I may switch to a better platform now

In my very first order, I received only half the items and the delivery status showed all items delivered. It was a prepaid order and there was no indication from 1mg about the missing items or any refund owed to me. I had to customer care on my own and follow up, after which they checked and said the products were unavailable. Why was it listed and why was I not even informed? Extremely bad service. Deleting the app and regretting ing it.

Can't find a way to edit a patient ed number. Also looks like the number remains the same for each patient? If so, why not just use the app's ed number? 2 of my lab test bookings got canceled because the number i had put during the very first booking was incorrect. All subsequent bookings regardless of which patient i choose use the incorrect number without giving me an option to add/edit. Nothing in the profile/ui to make this change either.

Very stupid behavior, cancelled the order on the delivery date. Some medicines are important not like groceries that you can cancel anytime. Even if you want to cancel the order, cancel it just after placing the order, so that we can arrange it from somewhere else. When not required you keep doing spam calls but when required you cancel the order that even on the date of delivery.

Useless, This app has done what most of the apps fail to do. Becoming impossible to use. So many attempts but it's impossible to book test and consultation from my work email. No separate dashboard for corporate profile. Seriously navigation is extremely difficult. Only want to self their custom test and plans. Not friendly at all

The service is very good except the fact that some medicines take 2-3 days for delivery. This should be avoided especially when the pharmacy next lane give same discount as 1mg. The interface of the app can be simpler. The complexity of the interface is mainly due to promotion of products. This can be avoided.

I am not able to select address from saved addresses. I have tried phone restart and app uninstall and install. Today I tried to order some lab tests and encountered the same problems. Even after choosing the saved adress i was asked to manually enter location. Stupd app. Stupid team.

I have ordered from this app three times and always it has disappointed me. Never has it delivered all the medicines, it always always cancels medicines and this inturn disrupts the schudeule of medicines left I have to order again and meanwhile my stock medicines get over. If they don't have to deliver then why do they show cheap substitutes, also the order never comes in a single post it is delivered in multiple slots that's not such a big issue but the delivery is very very slow. Never again.
