After nearing the 10th complimentary coffee with Caffè Nero, as shown in the Amber app yesterday, the app unexpectedly reset the count—completely ignoring the purchase history. There’s a clear need for improvements in both the app and the overall customer experience.

Logged in into the app for the first time with my phone no, someone else had a profile even the number is more than 12 years in our family. After sorting that out, your team had to delete "old" and had to create a new one. I'm unable to access new on my phone it goes to the old one, no matter how many times I delete and install the app again. Every time I wanna log out, app crashes. Went shopping but was unable to get the points bc I was unable to access to my profile.

Points gets missing if you dont track regularly. We complained and the was Harvey Nichols' system was not correctly synchronized. Well it's not the customers issue to fix that. We already lost points in the past that amounts equivalent to 2000 AED but to no avail. Today, we lost 1100 AED!!!! Those amount are not a joke. I would love to get a on this review.

useless app.! logging in is a nightmare, can't see the points progress history, no update to points earned (have to struggle to get them manually by sending emails and so on), not linked to partner's apps., Actually it doesn't provide any useful service.

Very bad app too many bugs. Not sending PIN via SMS so i logged in using Facebook. Once logged in when I update my profile. It keep saying saving but nothing happens. I have to fill up the profile form again. Am feed up not saving.

veeeeeery bad . . everytime I enter the app and it's write me a message that I already logged in on other device .. and it's not useful at all we can't scan our purchase receipt to get point and there is no any instructions to help us on scan the Bill or barcode ..

The app is very bad. Not able to update my details and it doesn't show latest points. Even in the shop it was not allowing to use the points. There is absolutely no value with this app so will delete it.

Useless app. Even I can't even update my name which was entered wrong in one of the stores. I don't recommend. Update: after some few updates I could edit my profile now but still no notifications.
