Amazing app. Been using this app for about 8 years now. We've tried a few scheduling apps and this one is the best. Wife and I both use it for scheduling our appointments for our small businesses. She has 3 separate locations that she can seamlessly integrate. Free, easy to use, and incredible customer service.

The updated version of this app killed a lot of the functionality that was offered in the old version. I used to have my push notification appointment reminders push through an hour before the appointment start time. In the new app version, the reminder is default set to 15 minutes before the appointment, it actually come through about 12 minutes before the appointment start time, and there is no way in the app to adjust when the reminder pushes through. The app update sucks.

This is a terrible app once they updated the system the whole app was destroyed. I have lost thousands of dollars due to a glitch on their system because none of my clients were being notified of their appointments. I tried for over 2 weeks to fix this with their technical and it never happened. Tactical was not helpful as a matter of fact after a couple of texts they would just leave me hanging and not help me at all.

We've been using setmore for a long time. This last update with a 3-day agenda is complete rubbish, I am amoungst others who cringe at using it now. It is frustrating and confusing and takes time to see your daily activities. Also, the 3 clicks to get an address is not -friendly for people on the go. It was better 10 years ago when we were handed out a printed a4 job sheet.

Fantastic! I've been using this app for a year now it's brilliant. I've customised the features to my company colours, it syncs with my phone and Google calander and myself and my clients receive reminders 24 hours and 15 minutes before our meeting. I'm so pleased with this app; I highly recommend it to anyone.

The latest update has made the app far less usable as well as asthetically hideous. It has become non-intuitive, more difficult to quickly switch between days and staff , and even clicking an appointment slot is more difficult. I ed about how to roll back the update and was told there was no way and that I just need to "spend a couple of hours with it" to get used to it.

I've used Setmore for 5 years, but the latest update has been a huge disappointment. The once simple and intuitive interface is now overly complicated and frustrating to navigate. Tasks that used to be quick and easy are buried under confusing menus, requiring unnecessary steps. It's sad to see an app I relied on for so long become so difficult to use. This update has made me seriously consider switching to another platform. I hope the developers listen and make it -friendly again.

The best app for scheduling with Google integration (I've tried at least 5). The most reasonable subscription among competitors. Incredibly fast, competent and polite technical . Thanks guys, all hope is on you! Please add a dark theme for the widget :)
