Works well, used it for Tulum, Coba and chichen itza and it was great to get context about the ruins, definitely would have missed out part of the experience of the places if didn't have the explanation behind the spots. Things to improve though are in coba there's a whole section of the south ruins with nothing in the app. Also it would be nice to disable the automatic playing of sections based on gps, as it will stop what you're currently listening to, or start playing in my pocket.

Worthless. ed it 100% at my resort, drove 1.5 hours to Tulum. Entered the park and opened the app. Selected "start tour" and absolutely nothing happened. Walked around Tulum for over an hour with the app open and never a word of guidance. Closed and reopened it a few times, no change. Nothing but a blank screen with "Cancun" at the top. Ended up ing a guided tour already in progress and paid that guide.

We arrived very early when there was no crowd and no guides as well. So we looked for an alternative and we found out this app which was extraordinary. We did the tour on our pace which is the reason we came in early to avoid crowds. While listening to Audio stories and seeing those beautiful videos felt like we were in the past. It took us 2 hours and then we went off to the beach!

Information for the Coba ruins was very limited. Most of the sites had less than a minute of information. At least one site had the incorrect picture (the same picture was used for 2 completely different sites) and some of the gps positions were slightly off. I'm still not sure which site one of the pieces referred to.

This app was super helpful because of the location-sensing feature.I followed the app’s route to go from one pin to the next and it worked very well. I liked that I could go at my own pace. It took us two hours as we listened to everything. Pls charge fully before you start

Way better than expected. $50 for a guide or $4 for the app? I heard the guides and they were saying the exact same things as the app had. You can't ask the app questions like you can the guide. So if cost is no factor, get a human guide. If you want to save a bundle, and allow yourself to take as much time as you want at each point instead of running after the guide, buy the app. I also bought their Chichen Itza app. Every bit as good. I hope they come out with more locations soon. FYI: we had no phone service in Tulum- App doesn't need connectivity to work.

After ing . Was given an alternate app and to everything. They made it Right. Although make sure you have everything ed before leaving. Phone service is spotty out in the jungle.

This app worked offline very well! We chose Tulum Tour in English and it took us to all major spots.The Tulum Ruins are nice but difficult to understand without a map but this tour was extremely helpful.So overall the experience was good and we are probably going to other Mayan Tours too
