The app crashes constantly, especially when I am at the question/answer pages. When beginning a course, it does not allow me to input the license expiration date, which you can not proceed to the course without answering. Also, I can not return to the slide before when I arrive at the question/answer page. So if the question doesn't state the name or important information of the person in the scenario and I haven't memorized all the details, my only choice is to guess.

The app is glitchy. The pages skip sometimes. You cannot get captions on the videos in the app while you can on a computer. The mini quiz fill in the blank must be spelled exactly correct and of course you have to give the right answer. There's no option to not know and be told and the app will not let you go back and reread when you do not get it correct or when it glitched and skipped the page right before. So you have to try and Google answers. The computer let's you go back and reread.

Fun way to learn. After each section, questions are given to refresh your memory. At the same time, an assessment is given, which one must in order to move onto the next section. Therefore, they make sure you know the material. I highly recommend anyone who had difficulty studying real estate course, or anyone who want to get a real estate license.

Pages constantly double turning, going ed content directly to a question. No way to go back until you answer the question, potentially wrong. Scrolling up and down sometimes progresses to the next page. Not a well designed UX. I see these same issues were reported in 2022 so it's very obvious they don't care nor intend to fix the issue. Update: Now the app isn't loading at all. Fantastic!

The app doesn't load anything. I have reinstalled twice and it doesn't work. I really was hoping (And) needing it to work but it just fails to do anything. (S22 Ultra)
