Horrible app great html service Although, I'm using the clickup service through my Mac and works great - It is adaptive to the needs of the clients and is very good from my projects to my personal life - there are several problems with the android app. I just lost several lines of notes writing them to a task, that was struggling to format where the cursor was jumping all over the place and the formatting tools where misbehaving. This is not the first time the app is performing poor.

Update: Way better now! :D 😀 I love it! - Not very intuitive to use. Not similar to the online app experience. Confusing. Can't easily access list info by clicking on the more options button. Home is a different view. So strange. Everything looks jumbled together. Idk... it's easier to just use the website app. Idk why the mobile app is so different.

The 2022 version was the first I saw and I was satisfied with its functionalities – simple and straight to the point. Now, I find the new updates useless as it scattered everything and it makes it hard to locate the important tasks I need to see. I just wanted to look at the due dates quickly like before but the interface and experience on the latest version is just reaaaally confusing and bad. I almost don't rely on the app anymore as it really just confuses me and takes up too much time.

The desk top version works great. However, there are many bugs on the app side. Half the time clicking the create task button does not work, and when it does, it is sloppy. I am unable to access settings anymore and can't customize my view to be the calendar as default. The old app version was much better. I'm considering hoing back to google Calendar as the original appeal for me of this app was the ability to see my calendar and easily block in jobs.

The widget does not work properly, won't show up tasks of today properly. Also when in app, when I'm writing out a task, sometimes just closes the popup and I have to start over.... 23/10/24 UPDATE: All issues fixed and they really improved the layout also. Good job click up! Only thing is still don't like is when u go in lists, how compressed the titles are and it's like clunck to move tasks details left and right. But you guys are on the right track!

The mobile app needs serious fixes. Major issues: Notifications lead to empty pages even after refresh, making it impossible to track team updates. Mobile search doesn't work properly - can't find existing tasks. Desktop version works well but runs slower than expected. Not reliable enough for professional use on mobile. Come on Clickup team you can do it!

They keep updating the app and somehow it keeps getting worse. I just need to see my tasks in order of due date, now that doesn't even work well. How is it showing me tasks due in October before tasks due in September, and all of that shown before tasks still due in August?! This is very simple, stop making it hard. Update: and it just keeps getting worse 🙃 I'm just going to look for a new app at this point

I'm testing different options for my team. I like clickup very much but I'm facing an issue with the app. On web (laptop) I signed up using my google , perfect. On the app (mobile) there is no button to connect using google, it requests my email address then procedes to create a totally different using the same google address I signed up with on web.This is frustrating and a major blocker as we need to use laptop&mobile on the fly. I'm considering dropping clickup because of this.
