Revised: I appreciate that you can preview docs now . Please make it to where we can pinch to zoom in. It's too hard to read at its current size. Thanks for being responsive ! 🙂 Slow and poorly set up ! You shouldn't have to every document you want to read to see it not itty bitty. Who wants to do that? Also, it loads so incredibly slow on every page. I do not feel this is a good way to keep in touch with my community

It's an OK app to use, but I would like to be able to pick the time instead of picking blocks of time for reservations. Even if it could be set to 1, 2, or 3 hours etc. it is not -friendly for this option. It's only on the back end for the person who sets up the blocks of time to set. it and I don't like it because it sends an email to everybody on the list for each block of time that is taken. So, set beginning/ending time in hopes people know in between times are taken. Poor setup.

Can't update an incident. They can respond to it but you can't put any updates therefore you're forced to create a brand new incident to continue communicating with them. I don't know if that's by design of the app or if it's the HOA who has turned off the ability to respond but you guys might want to look into it. Happy to be re-review the app and increase the Stars once this bug / feature is corrected

This applicaton is very ruudimentary. There are very few things you can do with it. I could not read the documents. I could not edit my profile, so it does not show my name and address for everyone to see. There are not FAQ to help solve the problems. I asked my property management to change my email address where they were sending the emails and now I am receiving duplicate messages on both e-mail s. Please, HELP!

The app frequently (about 80% of the time) won't load on my Android phone without me restarting the phone. No idea why it does this. Edit: I figured out I can get the app to load properly if I execute a Force Stop on it. It will re-start and load properly. This is better than restarting my phone. To date I haven't had any help from Tech , despite a flurry of emails. Lot of chatter, no action.

I don't know where to start with this app. There are so many issues, the interface is extremely jumbled, there's no way to search posts, the process of posting something is needlessly tedious, as many have mentioned there's no editing or deleting a post, pictures never load properly, the app moves too slow. This app has the potential to be extremely useful but at present using it is a chore. I wouldnt keep it on my phone if it wasn't my HOAs preferred method of

UPDATE: error, the app gives the ability to show/hide name, address or phone number. Also, phone auto complete settings screwed me by filling in EVERY block. So be careful when setting up your . (Original rating/ recanted) Not intuitive to change your name. Anything that is posted has full name and address, safety issue. Also, no way to go back and put initials on posts or comments to prevent full name from being plastered everywhere.

Bug after bug all year long. This app is a service we pay for yet it's full of bugs. For a while it was duplicating people's post, then it provides you a link but when the app open the window you see says (ooops! Something went wrong) the text also doesn't copy and paste option. Looking at the screen shots the app looks very professional yet it's full of bugs and lack essential functions also TS never follows up on any email or ticket created, there's room for improvement.
